Smile United Partnership (1999) was established on October 12, 1999. The business initially focused on selling popcorn-related products, ranging from raw materials to various equipment such as popcorn kernels, caramel, salt, seasonings, popcorn kettles, and display cabinets, catering to customers like cinemas, minimarts, and restaurants.
Later, the company expanded its business to better serve this customer base by founding two additional companies:
Smile Equipment Co., Ltd., specializing in kitchen appliances and stainless steel equipment.
Tai Feng Kitchen Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on construction and store decoration.
In 2015, the business transitioned from a partnership to a limited company, further expanding its product range to cater to Bakery & Beverage customers as well as Startups aiming to establish their businesses in the modern era.
